happy new year

Happy New Year to my friends and family! Being thirty one days late, I may as well say Happy February 2012! We are a short eleven months away from the end of the world, so I figure I better keep up my blog/journal and print it out to put into a fire safe time capsule for people to find two thousand years after the apocalypse. Either that or I'm having a hard time remembering what happened yesterday afternoon so I need to begin keeping a journal again.
To keep up my tradition, I present to you, New Years from the Philippines.

Our December 31st was low key but nice. We went to Chilis for dinner, played a game of Risk, and ate fruit/chocolate fondue while counting down with Dick Clark. I am so happy to start this New Year with the people I love. Yes, I do consider Cleo a person... "my youngest child". :)
