So last night Marlena and I watched the Grammies and fast forwarded through about 90% of it. The kings of Leon won something and Marlena said "he looks like an elf! Doesn't he look like the elf on lord of the rings? I don't really know because I have never seen the whole movies. Doesn't he look like an elf steen?" I was busy rocking at sudoku on my phone. As I looked up I couldn't help but to laugh, "no he can't be an elf! He has facial hair Marlena... Haha, seriously everyone knows elves can't grow facial hair." I felt thoroughly amused. She replied, "I thought elves were really hairy with hair all over their bodies." "Are you serious Marlena? Why in the world would you think they have hair all over their bodies? They're elves for crap's sake!" "But what about the frodo one? He has really hairy feet and he's an elf!" I laughed for about a minute straight. I said "Sometimes I wonder how we are married, haha." she laughed and I told her straight. Frodo is a hobbit not and elf. He is short, fat, hairy, and an exceptional climber. Elves are tall, slender, honorable, and physically amazing. Geez!
