halloweenie time

I have loved reading everyone's Halloween posts. And seeing the fun costumes.
We didn't dress up or trick-or-treat, but our Halloweenie was fun nonetheless.

We had our friend Fall Party a week before Halloween. We ate the most delicious soup in bread bowls, carved pumpkins, watched Smallville, and had a late night Denny's run.

Goldie entertained us with her scary Halloween face.

 

Husband took a bunch of not-so-good pictures while

we worked our butts off carving pumpkins.

 

Taira broke her pumpkin so Joe turned it into an 

Asian. I don't know which was better: the black

hole or Fu Manchu?

I had to work on Halloween and once again wore my knife-through-the-head headband. Kids get the biggest kick out of it. After work we went out and celebrated with our friends! We watched a "scary movie" (it really wasn't) Young Frankenstein, and ate treats to our hearts content.

I can't wait til next Halloween. We already have our costumes planned and everything!
