heppy berthdee to my twenty three year old

dear Husband,
i can't believe you are so old today. i'm really glad your berthdee fell on saturday this year, because last year's black friday berthdee was not as fun. i'm also glad that my manager is kind enough to give me the whole weekend off to spend with you. too bad we are both still busy with school.
thanks for getting pictures taken with randy early on your berthdee morning even though you thought it was cheeseball.

thanks for teaching me all the things i need to know to understand a football game, and for requesting quesadillas for your very special berthdee lunch. (go utes!)
thanks for being money-smart and suggesting a homemade gourmet meal... and then offering a hand in preparation. our walnut shrimp was so deeeelish! (even though nothing beats our favorite.)

thanks for letting me fall asleep on your lap while you watched clash of the titans.
and thanks for saying heppy berthdee with me all day long. 
you are such a good example to me of hard work and true dedication. i'm so proud of your achievements in work and school. i really love you and think your the best husband on the planet. because seriously, you are.
