Husband surprised me with a date night on Thursday, I guess you could call it our official anniversary date. We went to Simply Sushi for dinner which was fabulous. All you can eat sushi... and it was DELICIOUS. How often can you say you went to get sushi and left so stuffed you could hardly walk? 

After dinner we saw The Lion King at Capitol Theatre with his coworkers from Zions. Mr. processes transactions for most of the cast and crew at his branch and they were able to get us amazing seats for the show. We loved it, there are so many talented people in the show.



So glad we got to see it. It was an awesome night. Thanks hunny, and thanks Zions.
