day 11

Alright, so I skipped a few days...
Between school presentations and work and dieting, I just am slacking on finding blog time! But no fear, I am here now. And proud as an honor role student's parent... because I am still kickin' butt on the Belly Fat Cure! That's right, it has been a whole 10 days since I had an ounce of grain or starch, piece of fruit, glass of milk, piece (or taste) of chocolate, handful of Goldfish, or anything else that isn't protein, cheese, veggies, or nuts. I last weighed myself on Monday morning (Day 7) and I lost almost 9 lbs! I feel so much better. My pants fit better, my face is acne-free, I'm becoming a better cook, and I'm not constantly hungry for crap.
I have 4 days to go. I have decided that I need at least one tasty fall pumpkin treat but I will continue the "diet" until I reach goal weight (and then even after)!
